The terms, plainly.

Draftanomics is an NFL Draft analytics site. We publish prospect predictions, historical backtest results, and tools (mock draft, personal big board, comp engine). Franchise Mode is a separate pro-football front-office simulation made entirely from fictional clubs, players, ratings, contracts, schedules, and results. We are an independent product and not affiliated with the NFL, any team, or any league partner.

• Not financial advice. Bust probabilities, AAV projections, and tier predictions are statistical outputs, not advice. Do not use them to bet on anything.
• Not a sportsbook. We do not accept wagers, do not integrate with betting platforms, and do not promote them.
• Not an NFL or NCAA product. Player names and college affiliations are reported as news/analysis under fair use. Trademarks belong to their owners.

Some links to third-party fantasy platforms and dynasty tools are affiliate/referral links: if you sign up through one, we may earn a commission at no cost to you. This never influences our rankings, grades, or model — the board is built from the model alone, and we disclose the relationship wherever such a link appears. We stay independent and are not owned by, or operated on behalf of, any partner.

The public site can be used without a named account. Saved features use browser storage, our server, and a signed HttpOnly cookie called draftiq_uid. An anonymous Franchise league belongs to that browser identity. If you clear the cookie before signing in, we may be unable to recover it for a new browser. Email-and-password sign-in links eligible saves to your account on any device. Account creation, recovery, and optional passwordless sign-in use one-time email links; those links must be opened in the same browser that requested them.

We retain bounded Franchise checkpoints and allow reversible archive and server recovery. Those controls reduce accidental loss but are not an absolute durability guarantee. Count, storage, request-rate, and disk safety limits apply; inactive or abusive use may be restricted. Portable user-held Franchise import/export is disabled for this launch.

If you sign up or use account recovery, we process your email under the Privacy policy. Draftanomics is free to use in full — there is no paid tier and nothing on the site is held back. If that ever changes, these terms will be updated and re-published here, and the change will be emailed to subscribers before it takes effect.

Franchise Mode is not a current-NFL database or prediction of real club operations. Its universe and outputs are simulated. Do not represent a fictional club, player, contract, game, or result as official or real, and do not attempt to introduce third-party marks or personal data through unsupported clients or altered saves.

You agree not to:

• Scrape the site at a rate that interferes with normal access for others. We rate-limit; sustained abuse will be blocked.
• Resell Draftanomics data, predictions, or boards as if they were yours. Personal use, including embedding charts in your own newsletters or social posts with attribution, is welcomed.
• Use the site to harass any prospect named on it. The grades are about a player's pre-draft football profile and are not character judgments.
• Probe the API, attempt to bypass authentication, or exfiltrate data that isn't served publicly.
• Evade Franchise count, storage, or rate limits by rotating identities, or upload forged, malicious, or unauthorized save content.

We do our honest best — see /track-record for the receipts and /model-failures for the misses. But the predictions are statistical and can be wrong about any individual prospect. Fictional Franchise outcomes are entertainment, not claims about real people or teams. The site is provided as-is without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Draftanomics and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages from your use of the site. If you somehow lose money relying on a model output, that's on you — see the no-financial-advice clause above.

If we change these terms we will update this page and bump the Last updated date. Material changes will be announced on the homepage and emailed to anyone on the waitlist at least seven days before they take effect.
